Mark dates when a teacher cannot rehearse. The planner will warn you if that teacher is assigned to a routine on that date.

Assign an email to a teacher for rehearsal-only access. They can view the locked schedule and book their own rehearsal time, but cannot change classes, routines, settings, billing, or documents. Save newly added teacher names once, then reopen Settings to assign their email.
Choose a saved schedule, create or update its link, then copy it. Each saved schedule keeps its own link.

Share this private staff link with teachers — not parents. Teachers see a week of time-slot boxes for each studio: grey boxes are regular classes, colored boxes are already booked, and blank boxes are available. They can add bookings but can never move or edit your regular class schedule.

Your edits already autosave. Use this when you want to name the current working plan or replace a saved season you can return to later.

The lead teacher is set on the card. Check anyone else assisting or co-teaching — they'll be included in double-booking checks too.
Check every dancer taking this class. We'll flag it if any of them are also scheduled somewhere else at an overlapping time.
A dancer can belong to one company level in this season. Selecting them here automatically moves them out of any other level.
Paste one spreadsheet column, or upload a .txt, .csv, or .tsv file. New names are added to the studio roster automatically.
